I will be posting a RPE download and a BETTER tutorial than all the tutorials that are online today.
What is RPE? It sends packets to your server to make you spam things faster
Example: Instead of having a delay on skills like Fire Bolt, Double Strafe, or Bash you can bypass the after cast delay and spam as much as you want.
If you have a MvP summoner, you can spawn MvPs 1000 times faster than normal!
